Visiting Factories

Today I’m writing about my journey I did this week. I went to Puerto Montt, Pargua, Ancud, Castro and Osorno visiting factories, which produce fish feed. I went from Concepción to Puerto Montt by plane, the trip took two hours, because of a stop in Temuco. This kind of trip I have to do once or twice per month, the more travel the harder the work. The time for visiting the factories takes about 3 or four days, but sometimes it takes more. For example, today I’ m in Puerto Montt until next Wednesday. I think it's much fun to travel as get to know different people and different life styles.
On my first day, I was in Pargua. Pargua is the place where your cross to the island of Chiloe. In this place the are located 4 factories: “Biomar”, “Alitec Pargua SA”, “Agrosuper los Fiordos” and “Sckretting”. The processes of these plants are very similar. They are less popular than other activities such as the cooper or cellulose; however, they are as modern as any other industry. I used to know the cellulose process but now knowing the feeding process as well is really very interesting.
The second day I was in Ancud and Castro. These places are located 1000 km south of Santiago. These are places on the Chiloe Island. They have a lot of tradition and culture. They are very beautiful and quiet. As soon as I finished my lunch, I went to Castro to visit “Salmofood” and “Alitec Castro”. In my opinion, the food in Ancud is fantastic. I ate fried fish with puré. After finishing the meeting, I returned to Puerto Montt. On Thursday morning I travelled to Osorno and after that I returned to the airport in Puerto Montt and took the flight 3:00.
In conclusion, it was an extraordinary trip but tiring. In addition I had to travel a long distant. In the fish feed factories I was be able to make good business. Moreover I always enjoy the food and the people. I think this is extremely good. On the other hand the weather is so cold and it rains too much, besides, sometimes I do not have good results in some factories.
